Kuwait is home to over 400 birds. It is an important breeding location for several birds, like multiple terns and the Socotra Cormorant.

The national bird of Kuwait is the Saker Falcon. Other notable species include the Arabian Warbler, the Desert Wheatear, and the Yellow-vented Bulbul.
