1. Blue Morpho Butterfly

A resident of Central and South American rainforests, the blue morpho butterfly is a striking specimen. Its wings appear to be blue but only appear so due to the scales on its wings. The edges of the blue morpho’s wings are dark with white spots.

The blue poison dart frog is a subspecies of the poison dart frog, known for its intense blue hue. Its bright blue skin serves as a warning to predators.

A visually appealing surgeonfish, the blue tang can be found in Indo-Pacific waters. Its upper body is primarily blue with black palettes, and its tail and lower body are yellow. The blue tang gained a lot of public appeal with the character of Dory in the Pixar animated movie “Finding Nemo”.
